Fiberglass laid scrim is a kind of economic reinforcing non-woven fabric made from continuous filament fiberglass yarn in square shape. Fiberglass laid scrim reinforced fiberglass mat generally is used to increase tensile strength, dimensional stability, facilitate handling or act as a carrier of adhesive to be used in secondary bonding. It is typically used where woven fabrics are too heavy and too soft.
