PVC floor is widely used because of light weight, beautiful design, not easy to wear and tear and easy to operation. However, due to the addition of many filling materials, curing process. Since this material be impregnated with PVC, which can make the fiberglass floor mat be fully laminated with PVC layer during the PVC floor producing, and make the PVC floor be flat and be very well stabilized, also makes the floor more suitable for heating. Producing efficiency of PVC floor is increased at the same time.

The fiberglass mat can be 30g/m2, 40g/m2 and 50g/m2 or according to the customer’s demand. And the minimum final weight of the PVC impregnated fiberglass mat can be around 120g/m2, the popular weight is 150g/m2 and 250g/m2, the final weight can be done according to the customer’s requirement.
