In response to this phenomenon, Nanjiang Environmental has developed a PVC-coated fiberglass mat for PVC flooring, using the PVC-coated fiberglass mat as a stable layer for PVC flooring.
PVC coated fiberglass mat is used in the production of PVC sports flooring. This product uses glass fiber felt as the base material, and melted PVC is evenly coated on one side of the glass fiber, and then cured. In the production process of PVC floor, manufacturers can use glass fiber felt coated with PVC to produce the floor. The PVC surface of this product can be printed with different patterns and then laminated with wear-resistant layer. The glass fiber surface of this product can be laminated with PVC hair Bubble layer. Since the PVC-coated glass fiber felt is covered with PVC on one side, the glass fiber side of the material can be well bonded to the PVC foam layer.
PVC coated fiberglass mat can also be used as waterproof material, the fiberglass side of this product is well suited for asphalt and cement.
Glass fiber mat can be 30g/m2, 40g/m2 and 50g/m2 or according to customer's demand. The final weight of PVC coated fiberglass mat can be made according to customer's requirements.
