Base Mat Polyester Tissue as Substrat for Bitumen Membrane

Polyester spunbond mat is made of 100% polyester fiber, and it is produced with continuous polyester fiber, a kind of advanced waterproof material, which has very high tensile strength and better elongation than a staple polyester mat. Spunbond polyester mat is used in many fields, such as waterproof bitumen membranes, underground projects, bridge surfaces, waterproof tanks, and antiseptic material for building bases. Yarn reinforced polyester mat is spunbond polyester mat reinforced with fiberglass yarn, because of fiberglass yarn, the mat has high tensile strength in the warp direction so that it can bear faster speeds of bitumen membrane. It is an advanced substrate for APP or SBS-modified bitumen membranes.
