Product Description
Fiberglass black mat utilizes a thermosetting resin-based environmentally friendly formula binder to tightly bond composite fibers. This results in excellent color fixation, high strength, abrasion resistance, and effective control of fiber scattering. The black mat provides outstanding fire-retardant properties, sound-absorption, noise-reduction, heat preservation, and heat insulation effects. Additionally, it is anti-fouling, water-repellent, and inhibits the growth of microorganisms, making it anti-bacterial and anti-mildew. Ideal for sound-absorbing barriers and perforated panels in high-speed railways due to its light absorption and zero reflection qualities.
When compounded on glass wool boards, the fiberglass black mat becomes a specialized material for heat preservation, sound absorption, and noise reduction. It can be applied to glass wool duct linings to absorb noise, reduce heat and cold loss, and meet energy consumption reduction requirements. This significantly enhances the quality of indoor acoustic environments, making it perfect for spaces with high sound quality demands like high-end hotels, office buildings, and clubs.

Our products are carefully packaged in PE plastic film for protection during transportation.
To ensure safe delivery, pallets should not be stacked in more than 2 layers. Our pallets are free of fumigation, and a fumigation certificate is available upon request.
